Returns & Refund Policy

At Rho Crochet (Hamsai Soul Creations Private Limited), we want you to love your purchase. But if anything goes wrong, we’ve made returning or cancelling straightforward.

Cancellation Policy

Prepaid orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.

COD orders: we may call to confirm before shipment to avoid unnecessary cancellations.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items.

Because our products are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, or size may occur. These are not defects but part of the product’s handmade charm and will not be considered as defective items.

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video showing the defect.

Returned product must be unused, with original packaging, tags, and condition preserved.

Return Procedure

Message us at info@rhocrochet.com to initiate a return, including order number, photos/video of the issue.

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup through our courier partner at no additional cost to you.

Please ensure that the product is unused, in original packaging, and ready for handover on the scheduled pickup day.

If the courier is unable to collect the product due to unavailability at your address on the scheduled day, you will be responsible for reshipping the item to us at your own cost.

Pickup attempts will not be rescheduled more than once without additional charges.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process refund or coupon as per policy.

Refunds

Refunds for prepaid orders may be issued either as a reimbursement to the original payment method, or as coupon, based on your preference.

COD orders that are delivered and later returned may receive coupon only.

Please allow 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item for the refund/credit to reflect.

Non-returnable Conditions

Customized or special-order items.

Items used, washed, or damaged due to misuse.

Missing original packaging or tags.
